Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and payments made for RunChapter.

1) No Refund Policy

All fees paid to RunChapter are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, no full or partial refund will be issued.

2) Subscription Commitment

Subscription fees are charged for access to software services, support availability, and platform infrastructure. Service availability during a billing period does not create entitlement to proration or partial refund unless required by law.

3) Failed Usage or Non-Usage

Refunds are not provided due to non-usage, change of mind, user error, misunderstanding of features, account inactivity, staff changes, or internal chapter decision changes.

4) Renewal and Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already paid for the current or prior cycles.

5) Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first for resolution. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
