1) Use of Service

RunChapter is provided for chapter administration including attendance, receipts, member records, and event tracking. Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

2) Customer Data and Responsibility

Customers retain responsibility for all data entered into the platform and for obtaining any necessary permissions, notices, and consents from members or guests. You warrant that uploaded content does not violate law or third-party rights.

3) Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for activities performed under your account credentials.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to disrupt operations, bypass security controls, reverse engineer core systems, upload malicious content, or use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

5) Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the system.

6) Fees and Payment

Paid plans and billing terms are as published at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7) Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or technical issues may affect availability.

8) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect platform integrity, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

9) Intellectual Property

RunChapter software, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Techlaju Sdn Bhd. No ownership of the software is transferred to users.

10) Limitation of Liability

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techlaju Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techlaju Sdn Bhd from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

12) Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13) Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the provider's operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
